Our coating solution is "one type" coating resin, which shows the reason why ours is peculiar compared with other regular coating solutions. One type coating solution is specially produced by us. In general, nobody can use the rest solution after spraying operation due to hardening. Because we coated the hardening agents (a sclerotic) before mixing main resins with hardening agents, our coating solution remains still liquid condition by the time use again. We named “One type resin”in comparison with “Two type resin”, which is easily hardened after mixture.

Coating solutions for cotton fabric sublimation printing

Sublimation ink

■ Heat transfer printing(Sublimation Printing) is different from other printing processes     in that it is essentially composed of a two step process : paper is printed with ink      capable of sublimation.  Heat and pressure is applied to the printed paper and     the image on the paper is actually dyed into the white fabric or other substrate. ■ Our Eco-Subjet ink is developed for digital printers. ■ In general, sublimation ink has a characteristic of changing its color before and after     and the thermal transfer so that beginners can not predict the outcome from       the printed paper. However, Our Eco-Subjet ink is very close in its color printed      on a paper and transferred to a fabric or other substrate. ■ Transfer temperature of our products is about 195℃, and transfer time is about 30~40     seconds, moreover the operator can control it in accordance with the operating     efficiency and characters of the given substrates.   ■ PIEZO type of printer & plotter ( Epson, Mutoh, Mimaki, Roland, Konica, Stork, Perfecta etc )   ■ In case of applying it into the other models except those models are wanted

Sublimation Transfer Papers

Our dye sublimation transfer papers are the most technological innovation products for digital graphic industry.

We have three kinds of products as below.

1.   Hybrid (HB) transfer papers (75gsm/90gsm/105gsm/140gsm)
HB can reduce press & printing times and increase the productivity of inks & powers. HB also provides stable printing outputs during rainy seasons of high humidity.  

2.   Sticky (ST) transfer papers (90gsm/105gsm)
ST has a sticky material all over the papers and it sticks completely onto the printing textiles during the whole transfer operation. 

It surely prevents ghosting and operation defect caused by textile retractions and paper movements.
